Yes. ONYX-SOS supports Microsoft 365 SSO, allowing your compliance team to authenticate using their existing corporate credentials. This simplifies user provisioning and deprovisioning, and ensures access control is managed centrally through your Azure Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID tenant.

Microsoft 365 is not a prerequisite. Firms that don’t use Microsoft can sign in with standard username and password authentication, with optional multi-factor authentication for added security. Where required, we can also support other enterprise identity providers as part of a tailored deployment. SSO is an available option, not a requirement, so ONYX-SOS works alongside whichever identity and access stack your organisation already uses.

ONYX-SOS is hosted on secure, UK / EEA-based cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Specific hosting locations and data residency arrangements are confirmed per client in the data processing terms agreed at the point of engagement, and any international transfers are governed by the safeguards set out in our Privacy Policy. Audit trails, document evidence and case records remain within controlled, access-restricted environments throughout the client lifecycle.
